What we do: Basic Yoga (Health Yoga) suitable for the older person. Gentle stretching exercises, breathing exercises and concentration aimed at keeping the body supple and to help agility. The exercises are mainly for women.
Communication is usually by phone between Group members and the Group Leader.
Equipment needed by each member includes an exercise mat, a small rug (e.g. a car rug), a small cushion. Suitable clothing for our sessions would be leggings or loose trousers and a T-shirt or similar.
